The FDA resolved the semaglutide shortage on April 22, 2025. Compounding is permitted only for individually identified patients when a prescribing practitioner determines that the compounded preparation produces a significant difference for their patient compared to the FDA-approved product.

Cancellation and Refund
Medication orders are final once submitted to the pharmacy. Consultation fees are non-refundable. Prepayments are refundable within 180 days of purchase by request, minus a 10% card processing fee.
