The short version
You can browse GLP321.com without an account, and we do not set tracking or advertising cookies or build profiles of our visitors. If you choose to email us, or once those features are available create an account or subscribe to our updates, we collect a little more, and it is all covered below.
What we collect
- If you contact us: whether through the contact form or by email to support@glp321.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as the topic and message on the form. We use it only to reply and to act on your request. Form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which includes sending Cloudflare your IP address to verify the request.
- If you create an account (when accounts are available): we collect your email address and the login details you set, such as a password or a sign-in through another service. If we store a password, we keep it in a secured, hashed form. We use this information to run your account and keep it secure.
- If you subscribe to our updates (when available): we collect your email address to send the newsletter and site updates you asked for. Signing up is opt-in, every email has an unsubscribe link, and opting out stops them.
- Basic technical data: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as your IP address to serve and protect the site, as our service provider.
- When you click through to a provider: the link passes through our own redirect first, so we can count how many visitors we send each provider. We log the provider, the date, rough location (country and state), and which of our pages the click came from. To count unique visitors without tracking anyone, we store a one-day token made by hashing the IP address and browser details with a secret value. The raw IP address is never stored, the token cannot be reversed back to you, and it changes every day, so clicks are never linked across days or to a profile.
How we use it
We use the information above only to run the site, answer your messages, operate your account, and send and manage the updates you signed up for. We do not use your email or account activity to guess your health conditions, and we do not sell your information.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare's privacy-preserving analytics to measure aggregate traffic, such as page views, referrers, and rough geography. It does not use tracking cookies and is not tied to individual visitors. Our provider links also pass through our own click counter, described under What we collect. It stores no raw IP addresses and cannot follow you across days.
Cookies
We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our host may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and running, and if you sign in, we use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use cookies to follow you around the web.
How we share data
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site, such as our host, our sign-in provider, and our email service, as needed to operate these features, or where the law requires it. Links to provider websites are governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.
Security
We protect account and contact data with reasonable safeguards. No website can promise perfect security, but if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our updates at any time using the link in any email. If you have an account, you can update or delete it, and you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you or ask us to delete it. To make a request, use the contact page.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information or let them create accounts.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date above, and we will tell you about significant changes where appropriate. Questions? Reach us through the contact page.
