Compliance
The FDA resolved the semaglutide shortage on April 22, 2025. Compounding is permitted only for individually identified patients when a prescribing practitioner determines that the compounded preparation produces a significant difference for their patient compared to the FDA-approved product.

Metabolic lab testing every 6 months via Quest Diagnostics. Patients may request fulfillment through their own pharmacy.
Cancellation and Refund
